PHASE 1: ANAYLSIS AND RESEARCH

Requirements will be documented and position specifications will be created.


Target groups will be defined and narrowed down by branch and target company, and details will be researched.


After the analysis of organizational structures, we identify potential candidates.

PHASE 2: INITIAL COMMUNICATION

In detailed interviews, we collect the personal details of candidates (e.g. contact details, careers, current responsibilities and compensation). The initial interview is relatively short and conducted via telephone.


The results of the initial communication will be discussed with our clients and next steps are planned.

PHASE 3: INTENSIFICATION AND EVALUATION

In-depth, personal interviews are conducted, where we verify the information and impressions from Phase 2.


Qualifications, experience, motivation and personality are captured in a detailed synopsis.

PHASE 4: PRESENTATION

We bring the selected candidates together with the client for a personal meeting. We continue to support the communication, negotiation, and ultimately, the decision-making process.
